Total Cost of Package and Extras

Payment: Client shall pay One Fine Day Productions, LLC (hereinafter OFDP), for their services the sum listed below. A $2000 non-refundable retainer is due upon the completion of this agreement. The remaining sum shall be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date.

Travel Policy

There are no travel fees to the areas of Madison and Milwaukee, WI. If travel is required beyond those areas, client is responsible for costs associated with travel including but not limited to mileage, parking, tolls, accommodation, and per diem. Mileage rates are billed at $1.50/mile. Modest accommodations may be required depending on our start and finish times - please inquire. OFDP agrees to provide any itemized documentation.

Cancellation Policy

If client cancels prior to the event, the following fees will be incurred by the client: 240 days or more before the event • retainer is forfeited 31-239 days before the event • retainer is forfeited and an additional $1000 fee 0-30 days before the event • retainer is forfeited and final balance is due and is forfeited If wedding is postponed due to natural disaster or death in the immediate family, the retainer can be applied to rescheduled event if event takes place within a nine month period from the original date (based on availability). If OFDP cancels for any reason, OFDP will refund all monies paid to date.

OFDP Requirements

OFDP is the exclusive cinematographer of this event. The photographer, planner, entertainment, and any other vendor is not allowed to capture any audio or video of this event. Simultaneous video coverage by another professional party releases OFDP from this agreement. No monies will be refunded. OFDP will assign the cinematographers that best fit the event requirements. Assignments may change if one cinematographer has a medical or family emergency and becomes unable to perform duties. However, a trained cinematographer will always be provided. OFDP requires client to provide the necessary information (i.e. timeline of the day, location of events, etc.) needed for filming client’s wedding and production of client’s films and DVDs. Details should be emailed to OFDP no later than 7 days before event date. Payment must be made in full a minimum of 30 days prior to wedding date. There will be a $35 fee for all checks returned unpaid by the bank. Personal checks and credit card payments will be accepted up to 30 days prior to date. Any payments made after the date 30 days prior to the wedding date may only be made by cash or cashier's check. If a client pays on the wedding date, payment must occur prior to the start of filming and must be in cash or a cashier’s check. Client agrees to reimburse OFDP for any parking fees, tolls, entrance fees, or other related fees incurred on the wedding day. OFDP will bill client after the wedding date. Client agrees to provide a warm meal for each cinematographer. Meals must be served at the same time as the guests, if not before. If we are seated in a separate room during dinner, we are not responsible for missing coverage of any events that happen during this time. Client agrees to pay $450/hr per extra hour of filming on the wedding date if wedding timeline is not followed and cinematographer is required to work over the contracted amount of time.
